Accreditation
The Accreditation centre is situated next to the bowling restaurant (back door) of the Racice regatta course. Opening hours will be: July 3rd and 4th 9:00 am - 8:00 pm; July 5th: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. In case of unexpected complications with arrival please inform the reception of the Sportcenter Račice about your delay at the phone number: +420 775 557 888 as soon as possible. Starting July 6th accreditations will be issued at the reception of the Sportcenter only.

Conditions for companies interested to sell it´s article during the Championships in Račice are following :
The price for lease of space for stall is devided into two category.
- space 10 x 10 m; the price is 300 EURO/day or 1200 EURO/whole championship - (producers of boats...)
- space 4 x 4 m; the price is 200 EURO/day or 800 EURO/whole championship

- The 2nd press conference was held May 31st.
- By May 31st thirty-six countries confirmed their participation – this represents 750 competitors.
- From the 36 countries that regularly participate in similar events, only the registration of Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina is missing.
- The biggest national teams are: Hungary (65), Poland (40), Germany (35), Russia (48). The Czech team has 54 members.
- According to the registration most boats will be competing in the K2 men 500m category (29), K1 men 500m, K1 men 1000m and K2 men 1000m (all 27).
- Sport Centrum Račice is already prepared to welcome the first teams for training preparation.
- Czech Televisions secures the transmission of the event, other three TV companies have also purchased the TV rights.
- There is a 6x4 meters LEDbow screen ready for the spectators .
- Media will have a press center with internet connection at disposition.
- The official opening ceremony of the European Championship 2006 will start at Wednesday July 5th at 17.00 hrs at the Sportcenter Račice.
- The 3rd press conference will be held June 27th in Prague.
